Working alongside architect Barry Tomlinson to design the original course in 1973. This championship golf venue has hosted many PGA tournaments including the European Masters.

Re-Designed the existing golf course in 2005, in particular drainage of the course and in particular the bunkers was a significant problem.

Burgham Park Golf & Country Club, Northumberland, UK

Designed and constructed this championship golf course in 1993 on basic agricultural land. The course is now the home of the North of England PGA championship.

Matfen Hall Golf and Country Club, Northumberland, UK

Designed the original course in 1993 on mature Capability Brown styled existing landscape. This course has hosted many PGA regional tournaments over the years.

AWGI has worked as a consultant for the owners at Longhirst with regards to building up the membership and golf days when the course first opened in 1997.
